Pick the work
Choose the business jobs that waste the most time: email, research, documents, scheduling, content, customer follow-up, or internal admin.
How it works
You get a Local AI System set up as a business helper. It can read approved files, browse the internet, use websites and apps, move the mouse through computer tasks, remember your preferences, and run repeatable work while keeping sensitive actions approval-only.
Out of the box
Draft replies, summarize long threads, prepare follow-up lists, organize leads, and remind the owner what needs attention.
Turn notes into polished documents, summarize PDFs, compare files, build checklists, and keep project context in one place.
Research options, compare vendors, build short reports, prepare recommendations, and explain tradeoffs in simple language.
Create drafts for posts, pages, ads, images, scripts, emails, and customer-facing material using the business's style.
Prepare schedules, intake notes, SOPs, task lists, status updates, forms, spreadsheets, and repeatable admin work.
Browse the internet, open approved websites, move through online tools, compare information, fill drafts into forms, and work across apps with the same approval rules a trained assistant would follow.
It can prepare work automatically, but sending emails, texting customers, buying things, booking jobs, and changing accounts can require human approval.
Autonomous work
The system can be configured around a larger objective, then break that objective into jobs, tasks, checklists, reminders, research runs, drafts, updates, and follow-ups that move every day.
Daily scheduled jobs can review priorities, check files, scan approved sources, prepare work, update trackers, and surface decisions for the client. The point is not one impressive prompt. It is steady execution toward a real goal.
What makes it different
The Mac mini becomes the business's AI workbench. It has the account setup, saved instructions, example outputs, files, project memory, workflows, and approval rules needed to keep helping after the first chat is over.
A normal chatbot waits for someone to explain everything again. A Local AI System keeps the business context in one durable place, so a better AI model or subscription can become the new brain later without retraining the whole business from scratch.
Choose the business jobs that waste the most time: email, research, documents, scheduling, content, customer follow-up, or internal admin.
Decide what the system can read, what sites and apps it can access, what it can prepare, what needs approval, and which actions should never happen without the owner.
We set up the Mac mini, your local AI system, ChatGPT connection, accounts, folders, examples, workflows, and practical instructions.
The system is tested against actual business tasks so it produces useful drafts, summaries, reports, lists, and handoffs.
The client receives the device, access details, training, and launch support so the system can start helping in daily work and scheduled goal progress.
Security model
The Mac mini becomes the owned base for files, workflow memory, examples, instructions, and approval rules. Cloud accounts such as ChatGPT, Gmail, Apple, and Google Workspace are connected intentionally instead of mixed across personal logins and disconnected tools.
Permission rules define what the system may read, prepare, browse, click, access, schedule, and do. Sensitive external actions stay governed by the client's rules, especially messaging, email, bookings, purchases, account changes, and public posts.
